1. College degree or above, major in computer science or other related fields, with a solid foundation of C/C++ language, data structure, algorithm and other relevant knowledge;
2. Proficient in VC++ and familiar with Win32 API;
3. Familiar with MFC framework structure and various Windows standard controls (CTreeCtrl, CListCtrl, etc.);
4. Be familiar with Windwos message mechanism, Windows kernel object, multi-thread, multi-thread communication and multi-process communication.
